The #1 in my bucket list is to visit all of the countries in the World.

I created this blog to share with everyone the experiences of my trips. I want to recommend everyone what to do, where to eat, what to see, and where to go.

Hello Readers,

In this post I'll talk about Google Analytics and 2 types of data that are very important to understand digital analytics.

Google Analytics is a service offered by Google that helps analyse quantitative and qualitative data from a business and the competition to drive a continual improvement of the online experience that customers have to achieve the desire outcomes. "Avinash Kaushik"

Every report in Google Analytic will contain Dimensions and Metrics.

Metrics, is the quantitative measurements of users, sessions and actions that me you understand
the behavior of your users by counting how often things happens.

The 3 most commons Metrics are:

1- Audience Metrics: Counts how often things happened Ex: Total number of users on a website
2- Behaviour Metrics: Metrics can be Average. Ex: Average amount of pages user see during a session
3- Conversion Metrics: Mesure when users take valuable actions. Ex: Buy a product online

Dimensions, is what describes caracteristic of users, their sessions and accions.

The 3 most commons dimensions are:

1- Dimension of a user: Ex: Geographic location
2- Dimension of a session: Ex: Traffic Source
3- Dimension of an action: Ex: The name of the page view

5 Blogs that you MUST follow!

Hello Readers,

I would like to recommend all of you five other new blogs, written by very good friends of mine, that I found very interesting to read.

For all of the amazing marketers out there, the first Blog I'm recommending is called Brand Stunts. It has information about brand activation, marketing and what brands does every day to get customers attentions.

If you are a person that LOVE fashion you must read The Luxury Buyer Secret. Knowing what to expect (if you're opening your know bouttique) on how customers will shop will give you a great power on how to manage your store.

One of the most amazing things in the world it's to eat, I'll say that eating is one of my biggest weaknesses. That is why I'll suggest everyone to start following  A foodie's Journey with IBS and The Foodie Trip, on which you will be able to read about good food and excellent places to go for a romantic dinner!

Now that you already know that eating is my kryptonite, I'll say that keeping a very good shape is one of the things that matter to me the most. That is why I'm recommending Sanitaholica  Blog to help me and everyone to eat what we want but have the mentality of not keeping those calories.

Well, hope that everyone likes my Blog's suggestion.

Enjoy,

My Co-op Term Sears Canada 2014

I'm currently doing a Post-graduate Certificate in Marketing @GBC (which I think, that has been one of the best decisions that I've had since I arrived to Canada). One of the steps to complete my studies has been to do a co-op in a company where I can practice what we have learned during the past few month.

I had the fabulous opportunity to be hired by Sears Canada, who gave me the chance to develop my skills in marketing.

My co-op experience has been absolutely amazing. Of course that they were a few things that I would've liked to be different ex: I'm a very proactive person, I want to learn so much that I felt that I needed more projects and assignments to learned, but in general it was excellent.

The best thing happened in my co-op was the people whit who I worked. My supervisor @Leona Hancharek has been one of the best supervisor that I've had in my life. From the first day she receive me with flowers and chocolates in my desk, during the entire 4 month she worked with me figuring out what I wanted to learn according to my interest. Not just Leona was excellent but the entire Specialty Service and credit card department was very helpful in give me assignments and projects to learn more about what matter to me.

I'll recommend GBC Students to take a co-op opportunity at Sears Canada.
